In DDS Lab, we are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Trainer who speaks Mandarin and Spanish to prepare for and conduct employee training courses on design and manufacturing process for a Dental Lab.

Role includes converting written material from one language into another, interpreting spoken words from one language to as another during meetings or conferences, and ensuring the context of the original message is preserved.


Our ideal candidate will be fluent in at least two languages, have excellent listening skills and a strong understanding of cultural context in their language pair.


Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks


· Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of individuals and teams
· Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
· Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
· Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
· Deliver training courses and workshops to employees
· Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
· Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
· Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
· Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
· Convert concepts in the source language to equivalent concepts in the target language, conveying the original tone and intent
· Facilitate communication for people with limited Mandarin proficiency

Qualifications


· Strong Spanish and Mandarin communication skills (oral and written)
· Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical soft skills education
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
· Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Proven experience as a trainer is a plus
· BSc/BA degree in Education, Training, HR or related field is a plus
