Sample Class

Free registration by completing the form. The Sample Class will be via Zoom and streamed on Facebook Live from Instituto Confucio de la UCR (UCR Confucius Institute). Spaces are limited and you should only register if you are sure you want to participate. An email will be sent to you with the details to access the activity the day before the start of the activity.

 

WHAT IS A SAMPLE CLASS?

 

 It is a free space tailored for people over 14 years old with little or no experience with the Chinese - Mandarin language, which will allow them to learn and enjoy first-hand what the experience of a class on the Zoom platform is like at the Confucius Institute of the University of Costa Rica.

 

 In addition, access to basic communicative situations will be provided through writing, grammar, the Chinese phonetic system (pinyin) and a minimum vocabulary. Furthermore, we also offer participants the opportunity to experience Chinese culture in Costa Rica, learn about certain traditional Chinese phrases and some of their uses with interactive activities.
